You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges for eligible items.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Headwear (Beanies, Hats) – for hygiene reasons
  • Personal Care Products (Hard Waxes, Kits & Offers) – sealed for safety
  • Food & Beverage Items (Coffee, Cold Drinks) – consumable nature
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Decon”

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As a global streetwear destination (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
